And I'd like to say to you parents though this might drive you wild Exanine yourself first before you try to change something in a child. For you see kids are a heritage of the Lord And you will also find that expressed in the Word. But if you wonder why grownups can be so bad Remember they started life as a kid, true but sad For you see a wise kid makes their father glad But one who is not so wise... And on the other hand a truth that can't be hid Is that a wise father knows... So the next time you get mad at a kid and start to cuss Just meet our parents and you'll be... Yes, a child is known by their doings whether their works be pure and right Or the kind of actions that... For us kids are funny, we start out by loving you, Later we will judge you, But if you live long enough we'll end... For when your a child it's a wonderful season Because childhood is the... So remember parents, take good care of us cause before your life is through Us kids might have to be the ones... For if you train up a kid when they are young in the way they should go That they will not depart from... And we'll always be thankful to you our parents, make no mistake Because when a child is ungrateful it's... And that kids grow up fast is a fact we also all know But when it comes to leaving... And in speaking my piece I've tried not to let my pride show Because sometimes I guess it's true only the children know. For who knows the thoughts of a child Because sometimes they are really... So remember no matter what your friends or the child experts have said When you have the strength... And in speaking my truth Ihope to have realized my call As I say many children have done...
