John the immerser was a preacher of righteousness in the Judea wilderness land
Whose message was repent ye for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
As spoken by Esaias the prophet John was the messenger speaking the word
Make His paths straight and prepare you the way for the Lord.
John ate locusts and wild honey....
And many people were immersed of him the in the Jordan river confessing their sins.
John the immerser was the man who told the world....
That Jesus the Christ was God's lamb....
John immersed Jesus Christ in the Jordan river while telling the others to repent
And for this purpose to this earth he...
Also Jesus Christ when speaking of and judging John the immerser's worth
Said there is no greater....
But at last John the immerser lost his head and his life
For telling Herod the king he couldn't marry his brother Philip's wife.
But everyone needs to be told...
Herod this king later was struck dead by God too.
