San Antonio has many non-profit residences for charity.But the problem is they usually don't 
allow the people to get enough sleep to work effectively if they wish to work.Forget the fact that most employment
agencies they do business with don't pay daily either.A better policy would be open 24 hours a day
and have all people who live there tested for being drunk or drugs to get in.Have a
quiet sleep room always open with lockers and food vending machines.This way people can work any hours in San Antonio
they wish.  Like the old fashioned YM & YWCAS that Elvis Presley sung about in his song
Guitar Man (when ymca's had residences in them.) good idea is to investigate how these places
operate before you give and make sure you know how the money is spent.
